Our 35-year-old patient sought to enhance her breast size and shape, achieving a fuller, more balanced figure. She underwent a Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift, utilizing a periareolar lift technique to minimize scarring. The implants chosen were 400cc Motiva Silicone Gel, known for their natural feel and durability. These were placed subglandularly through a transaxillary incision, which is less visible and aids in a more discreet post-surgical appearance. Pre-operatively, our patient wore a size B bra, but post-operatively, she achieved her desired size E, enhancing her overall body proportion and confidence. The results, as seen in the after images, showcase a significant enhancement in breast volume and a youthful, uplifted contour. This transformation not only improved her aesthetic appeal but also her self-esteem.
