This case study features a 37-year-old female patient who underwent a mommy makeover, consisting of breast augmentation with lift and a tummy tuck. The procedures were performed using round, anatomical cohesive gel implants through a transaxillary incision. The implants chosen had a mid-range profile to enhance the natural contour of the breasts. Four months post-operation, the images reveal notable changes in the breast area, where there is an evident elevation and enhanced shape. Additionally, the abdominal region shows significant refinement following the tummy tuck, presenting a more defined abdominal profile. These results highlight the physical modifications achievable with these surgical techniques without altering the patient’s inherent body structure.
